At Balki Enterprises, we value transparency and long-term partnerships with our clients. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations of digital marketing services, retainers, or contracts are handled.

1. General Policy

• Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email at info@balki.co.in.
• Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by our team.
• All services already delivered before the cancellation request will be billed in full.

2. Service-Specific Cancellations
3. a) Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• A minimum 30-day notice is required for cancellation.
• Any work in progress during the notice period will be completed and billed.
• Pre-paid retainers are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future services (at management’s discretion).

1. b) One-Time Services (Web Design, Landing Pages, Paid Campaign Setup, Email/WhatsApp Marketing, etc.)

• Once work has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
• If cancelled before work starts, only 50% of the fee will be refunded (to cover administrative & resource costs).

1. c) Ad Campaign Budgets

• Budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) are non-refundable, as they are billed directly by the platform.
• Balki Enterprises does not hold responsibility for refunds on ad spends.

3. Refunds on Cancellations

• Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days of approved cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
• Taxes, transaction charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable.

4. Company Rights

• Balki Enterprises reserves the right to cancel services at any time in case of:
  • Non-payment of invoices.
  • Client’s unlawful, misleading, or unethical business practices.
  • Breach of contract or misuse of services.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

5. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes (if any) will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
