At Balki Enterprises, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and measurable results for our clients. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.

1. General Policy

• Since our services are intangible and time-based (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Web Design, Email & WhatsApp Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Strategy, etc.), refunds are generally not applicable once services have started.
• We believe in transparent communication. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately at info@balki.co.in so we can resolve the issue.

2. Refund Eligibility
3. a) Monthly Retainer Services

• Retainers (SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Ads, etc.) are non-refundable once work begins.
• If you cancel before the new billing cycle starts, you will not be charged for the next cycle.

1. b) One-Time Services (Web Design, Landing Page, Campaign Setup, Email & WhatsApp Blasts, etc.)

• If cancellation is requested before work has started, up to 50% refund may be issued.
• Once project work has started, no refunds will be processed.

1. c) Advertising Budgets

• Amounts paid directly to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or any third-party platform are non-refundable, as they are billed by the platform, not Balki Enterprises.

1. d) Customized Solutions

• Custom strategies, reports, creatives, and consultancy sessions are non-refundable, since they require time, expertise, and tailored effort.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
• Taxes, payment gateway fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable.

4. No Returns Policy

• Since digital marketing services are non-physical and consumed digitally, there are no returns applicable on any service once delivered.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction lies with the courts of New Delhi.
