Refund & Return Policy
At Balki Enterprises, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and measurable results for our clients. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.
- General Policy
- Since our services are intangible and time-based (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Web Design, Email & WhatsApp Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Strategy, etc.), refunds are generally not applicable once services have started.
- We believe in transparent communication. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately at info@balki.co.in so we can resolve the issue.
- Refund Eligibility
- a) Monthly Retainer Services
- Retainers (SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Ads, etc.) are non-refundable once work begins.
- If you cancel before the new billing cycle starts, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- b) One-Time Services (Web Design, Landing Page, Campaign Setup, Email & WhatsApp Blasts, etc.)
- If cancellation is requested before work has started, up to 50% refund may be issued.
- Once project work has started, no refunds will be processed.
- c) Advertising Budgets
- Amounts paid directly to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or any third-party platform are non-refundable, as they are billed by the platform, not Balki Enterprises.
- d) Customized Solutions
- Custom strategies, reports, creatives, and consultancy sessions are non-refundable, since they require time, expertise, and tailored effort.
- Refund Process
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
- Taxes, payment gateway fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
- No Returns Policy
- Since digital marketing services are non-physical and consumed digitally, there are no returns applicable on any service once delivered.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction lies with the courts of New Delhi.
